This piece is handmade using an artisanal block printing technique on textile. The material and printing method give a unique quality and texture to artwork created by Minted’s marketplace of independent artists. Each block printed textile is float mounted on acid and lignin free vintage white fabric matboard and only available in one size. Please note that as a handmade work of art, each piece is slightly different and will have its own subtle imperfections. The textile shown on this page may not be identical to the one you receive.

• Printed in India using hand-carved wooden blocks

Alisa is a self-taught Ukrainian artist living in Spain. She finds inspiration in nature and the tactile world: simple shapes, organic textures, and everyday materials. Her work grows from a love for collage, mixed media, and traditional techniques, where fragments come together to form new visual narratives. She enjoys searching for old papers, books, and archival materials that carry traces of time. Yellowed pages, worn edges, and small imperfections remain visible in her work. less
