Artist Story/ process:
Art, for me, is a way to connect with the quiet rhythms of nature. Keyhole reflects my fascination with the balance between strength and openness — much like the sea-carved arches of Pfeiffer Beach that inspired it. Using traditional knotting and contemporary sculptural techniques, I allow the fibers to take form intuitively, guided by tension, gravity, and light. Each piece becomes a meditation on texture and space, inviting viewers to pause and find stillness in simplicity.
