I want my abstract colorful work to feel like short stories and poetry; living with these pieces should continually reveal new details. The stories embedded in my artwork are about distances and holding spaces open in our hearts. My process is color driven and intuitive and I build my collages from painted paper and found paper. This piece is built around a negative space, a thing unsaid.
