Proofed orders can be canceled for a full refund up until the proof is approved.
You will need to make payment and complete checkout for an order before we can start work on creating your digital proof.
After you place an order, we'll have a digital proof ready for you to review within 1-2 days. If there is anything about the proof that you would like to change—spacing, color, text, size, you name it—just request a change to the proof. You'll have an option to see a new proof or to send the order to print with your changes.
If you decide you no longer wish to continue with your order, you can cancel your order for a full refund any time before approving your proof.
