This design is meant to play with the lightness of the iridescent gloss printed over super light grey and white. The snowy trees are inspired by a personal experience I had this past Easter on a road trip with my friends. We were planning to go from Barcelona to Pau, a little village in the south of France and even though we knew we had to cross the Pyrenees nobody thought it would be snowing in there at that time of the year. To our surprise, we found ourselves in the middle of a big snow storm and had to spend the night in there. When we woke up the next morning the first image we saw were the snowed trees in a beautiful white landscape. It was super impactful and I wanted to capture the purity of that moment with this minimalist and clean card. That morning snow was the clear metaphor of the calmness after the storm.
