About the work

I'm dreaming of a road trip to the desert with windswept protea and tumbleweeds. The sky is left open with brushstrokes that skirt the bottom of the canvas, bringing the eyes back to earth. The loosely painted florals float like a fuzzy memory I'd like to hold onto.
