About the work

In this work, I delved into the hues and nuances of indigo, a color that evokes the serenity of the ocean and the vastness of the sky. The medium includes acrylics with a hint of collage. During the creation process, I employed a range of tools, from traditional brushes to found objects, to imprint unique textures and patterns. The inspiration came from the natural layering found in geological formations, which I sought to replicate in the layering of paint and textures. The piece aims to draw the observer into a meditative state, contemplating the interplay between color, texture, and form.
