Every vibrant city has its own pulse. The sights and sounds from city to city are distinguishable, palatable, and unique. The vibrations felt in the streets of a dynamic city inspired this modern and textural abstract composition. When I walk through the streets of a city, I can almost feel the buildings pulsing with energy. Meter is a minimal and modern cityscape inspired by this rhythm of a pulsing, energetic city and explores its reverberation through the tall buildings with just a glimpse of sky above. This piece was created using a digital risograph process which allows variation of color and interplay between overlaid objects.
