About the work

In this piece I've explored notions of adventure, travel, and discovery through the abstract rendering of verdant lands located where sea and sky intersect. Here, deep ocean blues form a rich ground for vibrant greens and pristine whites, and soft marks subtly suggest movement across the composition and a symbolic journey across uncharted territory.
