Hotel DeSoto is based on my handmade paper collage - a minimal, pastel abstract piece created with faded and worn papers and receipts, floral elements and bits of typography. This is part of a series of collage and mixed media pieces that blend vintage imagery, nature themes, and up-cycled materials into beautiful new compositions. My work often references nature, dreams, memories and the ever present link between the past and the present.
