About the work

This piece is a culmination of many thoughts: To lose one's self in the clouds. To feel weightless, and feel the energy of dreams floating above your head and through your mind. To feel unencumbered and excited by the future. To just look up to the sky above from the earth below and feel the possibilities. It's a mixed media piece of bright crimson watercolor, soft pastels and bold strokes of charcoal.
