About the work

"Casine colorate", small colored houses in Italian. It's a painting I always loved that is part of my family heritage and that I had reproduced in a drawing for an assignment adding my touch. For this project I wanted to rework the basic lines by using Photoshop as my familiar medium and create shades and highlights by creating multiple layers of colors and then running ink stroke brush filters on top. I love the result!! This is the color version of Minted chosen image.
