Lovely bright still life with a summery feeling and lots of interesting textures. I created a series of work that was inspired by a minimalistic approach to composition and colour selection. Simple subjects and simple forms are enriched with a perfectly harmonised colour palette. Beautiful texture in this piece contributes to the beauty of it while also keeping it fairly simple.
