About the work

A scene from the Davis Mountain range down in deep southwestern Texas. I was taking a drive in my car and the sun was setting behind me. I looked in my rearview mirror through the viewfinder of the camera, and sometimes, when the elements align, the light coming into the lens can render something out of the ordinary. This is one of those times.
