About the work

This piece is called "Generosity Jug" and is part of a larger collection called "Benevolent ceramics", where simple everyday objects are explored and celebrated. This piece pairs well with the other Benevolent Ceramics works (Kindness Cups, Gratitude Pot and The Giving bowl). Using a muted palette of soft lilac, dark navy blue, and neutral cream with deep orange and dark brown accents, this simple ceramic jug fills up the composition giving a sense of stability and abundance. I hope this collection inspires the viewer to connect deeply and compassionately with the simple things in their lives.
