What you will receive:
• This is a digital file, not a physical product. The final file will be provided via email upon completion
• A custom watercolor icon of your wedding venue, suitable for standard digital printing.
• The final file will be provided in a high-resolution PNG file format.

Timing and proofs:
• The order includes two proofing rounds. Any revisions beyond the second round will incur an additional design fee.
• The initial design proof will be delivered within 5 business days.
• After receiving your feedback, the revised proof will be sent within an additional 5 business days.
• Once you approve the final design, the completed file will be delivered within 48 hours.

How to order:
To ensure the design meets your vision, please provide the following details in the text box above-
• Wedding venue: Please list the name and location of your venue.
• Background: Please specify if you would like the icon to include any background details, for instance the mountain range visible behind the wedding venue. If background elements are desired, please ensure the venue photographs show those features.
• Color: Please specify if you would like the color palette to differ from the photograph. I can adjust the icon colors to coordinate with your wedding vision.
• Size: Indicate the size of the icon you need. If unsure, provide the dimensions of the item where the icon will be placed (e.g., invitation, sign), and I’ll assist you with size recommendations.
• Use case: Describe the intended use of the venue icon. (Examples: on an invitation, for a wedding sign, on stationery, etc.) This helps me tailor the design to fit its specific purpose.
•Once the order is submitted, I will follow up with an email to confirm all the personalization details. Please be prepared to provide a photograph of your wedding venue showing the angle you would like to be used for your icon. I will work with you to ensure the icon is just right before finalizing.

If you have any special requests, or additional information I should know (for example a link to a mood board), please include that as well.
