The inspiration behind this piece is always my love of nature. As a young kid in Upstate NY, parks, waterfalls, lakes, were my playground. The other part of this is the desire to create pieces that evoke a sense of calm and peace just like I felt as a child and now even today. So with a mix of the right color and brush strokes I was able to capture all of the above.
