Jenny Mulder lives and works out of Glassell Park in Los Angeles and has been working with ceramics for over 10 years. The work is personal and deeply inspired by her surroundings. Past collections have been created and reflected Northern New Mexico, Texas, and Italy.
Work is made with an eye for traditional ceramic shapes and methods and an obsession with the skill and craft of working on the wheel. Influenced by narrative, absurdism, humor and pleasure, the work is playful and possesses a refined and sensitive creativity.
