This is an original abstract painting featuring intersecting lines of indigo and green watercolor.
Part of my Plant Cell series, these pieces explore line, movement, and color with the organic medium of watercolor. The paint expands in the water and creates lines as it moves with the brush and water much like cells evolving. These pieces are quite simply about beauty and connection.
Size is 12 x 16 inches and fits in a standard size frame.
Painted on 140 lb cold press watercolor paper.
