I want my abstract colorful work to feel like short stories and fairytales; living with these pieces should continually reveal new details. The stories embedded in my artwork are about distances, writing letters by hand, the language of flowers, aerial root structures, the light at dusk, the ocean, and the sky. My process is color driven and intuitive and I build my collages from painted paper and found paper. This piece is built around a fragment of a torn poster collected in Greece.
