Inspired by my memories of Wisconsin fields during the end of summer and Watkins Glen, Upstate, NY. In this piece is was my desire to break the fields in a specific manner to indicate blowing winds in a unique way. Trying new brush techniques is my curiosity. Between memories of places and my quest to try new painting techniques it all comes together to make a peaceful and yet dramatic landscape.
