About the work

The warm and lovely hues of peach and pink gently illuminate the curving mountain ranges, peering mystically through the misty waters. The colors diluted in the water on the raw canvas as if they are slowly seeping in. Many sheer layers are repeatedly wetted and soaked onto the raw canvas to create and reveal the formation of mountains and water reflections. The results achieved through this patient and slow process is meaningful and worth it in of itself.This painting offering a soothing meditative experience.
