About the work
This watercolor print was a special request from a customer in Michigan. It was created to complement my other print "Flamingo Road." Gestural and loose paint strokes are combined to create this figurative exploration of a lobster. The white of the paper is used to add definition to the shell highlights demonstrating a sensitive approach to working in watercolors.
