About the work

The enticing sounds and textures of swaying grasses on the prairie inspired this painting. There's nothing quite like wading gently through tall grasses as they move in synchronicity around you. Add in soft clouds and blue skies overhead and it's a beautiful day. This piece is the first in a pair but also looks just as lovely on its own.
