About the work

My ancestors came from Western India in the state of Gujarat. My attraction for horses began from ancient stories about Kathiawari horses unique to this state. I hope I have captured the spirit of such a horse noted for its elegance. One of three in a series available in the original charcoal study along with three digitally tinted colors: blush, sky, and ivory.
