About the work
This acrylic painting is of an ocean wave and may be hung vertically or horizontally. The colors and textures of the ocean waves inspired me to paint this. I love the way the pink peeked through the water and I wanted to capture that on canvas. This painting lends itself to compliment any place you want to be reminded of the ocean. I hope this painting will whisk you way to your own beautiful ocean memories.

The San Francisco Bay Area, is where I am sheltering at home with my husband and college bound son. My older son works in Los Angeles. Paint colors, shapes and textures bring me happiness and carry me to a whole new world. I am grateful painting allows me to escape the realities of the pandemic. I look forward to being able to paint theater sets with my comrades at WVLO again.
