About the work

We climbed higher and higher until we reached the clouds and everything around us was a sea of white. Summer had already begun in the valley below, but up here the air was frigid and the trail was still hidden under a blanket of snow. My legs were shaking as I carefully followed the footprints of those who came before me. One step at a time.
