This is from a new series called Indigo Surfer. I print my Surf photos onto Japanese rice "washi" papers. I bind them into the traditional Japanese "Shibori" style and then dip them into the indigo vat.I am interested in pushing the medium of photography beyond just a print and into a unique object.
