About the work

Half Dome in Yosemite Valley, capturing the echo of the alpenglow at sunset, reflecting in the water. This was taken from the meadows, looking down the Valley. I have been going to Yosemite all of my life, since childhood. It's a magical, timeless place, where everything is as it always was, (except the people!). Standing there alone, gazing at all that majesty, you can't help but feel out of time. I hope you feel some of the magic too!
