For me, water soothes my soul. Photographing the ocean is a form of meditation and the ever changing sparkles of light are peacefully mesmerizing. In this fine art photograph, the figure of a playful child skips and dances through the surf, capturing the simple joy of water and play and reminding us of the pleasure of moments. I have always approached my photography in a playful way, exploring camera motion and blurred focus.
