Lake Tahoe holds all of the things I love to paint: blue water and mountains, textury pines, bright rock, and gnarly branches. This is one of my favorite views from Emerald Bay State Park, looking from the cliffside road down to the glorious sunlit bay. As you climb higher and higher, pines flash by, occasionally breaking to show the view.
