About the work

This print is part of a series of paper collages, which were created as a playful exploration of color, pattern, texture and layers. This piece was inspired by traditional quilt block patterns, and the log cabin pattern in particular. Those patterns became the starting point for this loose and modern interpretation. The bright color palette of this print coordinates nicely with the colors in the “Modern Patchwork” and “Abstract Brights” prints.
