Loose bold brush stripes made with a large pencil and ink on paper. Inspired by my girls long hair (and mine) and their attempt to make all sorts of fancy braids. Especially the Chinese braid is difficult to make. The lines add a 3 dimensional feeling to a simple minimalistic design.
