About the work

I have been very interested in gradients and distance lately, the epic mountain top foggy views that make us feel so light, airy, small and yet so connected to the earth. My favorite part of such views, however, is the silence. Being in a place where the only sounds are the sounds that the earth itself makes. If you listen closely, you can hear the fog moving over and through the trees, settling between the finger ridges of the mountains. Magical.
