• Apply Even Pressure. Use firm, consistent pressure to create a clear impression. Too little can be faint, too much may tear the paper.
• Use Quality Paper. Choose a medium-weight card stock with a smooth finish for best results; lightweight paper may tear or crease.
• Position Carefully: Align the embosser properly on the envelope for a sharp, centered design without distortion.
