With this piece, I wanted to create a story and a little history behind the sport of baseball. I love anything vintage, so this was a exploration into learning more about the sport and how it has changed through the years was fascinating. I used different woodgrain textures for a rustic, vintage feel and stacked baseball bat styles from every era, to create this mixed media artwork.
