Yosemite seems a magical place, especially when one gets to witness the alpenglow crowning Half Dome. The herculean presence of Half Dome inspired this work - one usually sees a broader view of Yosemite, but I wanted to impart the immensity of the monolith that is Half Dome with this piece.
