About the work

Photographing nature is a passion of mine. I shot this with the play of light and dark and negative and positive space and shapes in mind. I love how shapes within the plant take on their own life and play with the depth of field and foreground vs background. There are two other images (Glowing Botanical I and II) that are similar in feel.
