About the work

This print was inspired by a hazy summer sky and days spent by the lake. Water has always brought a sense of calm to me and I wanted to convey that feeling in this painting. I use watercolor paints to create abstract landscapes because they add softness and have a translucent quality that creates a dreamy feeling.
