About the work
Whenever I travel, I always try to book the window seat. I love watching the patterns of fields and cities far below. This is a colourful abstract acrylic painting inspired by that aerial view. Brushstrokes shapes intersect in geometric planes, painted in shades of burnt orange, dusty purple grey, olive and hints of red for a modern palette.
