After you’ve completed your brief, we’ll send you over a quote for the cost of design service. At this point, you will be able to schedule an appointment with a dedicated designer to discuss your vision.
You’ll purchase your custom design service and stationery.
Your dedicated designer will get to work creating your custom design and work with you directly to incorporate your feedback along the way until it’s perfect.

What is the timeline for completely custom work?
The timeline for custom work is dependent on the complexity of your request and the time of year. Orders coming in during the peak season or complex projects will have a longer turnaround time. Your designer is happy to discuss the timeline with you during the initial consultation.
What is the cost of your custom design service?
The cost for custom design will vary based on the number of stationery pieces and custom art style that you would like. A team member will reach out to provide you a cost estimate based on your intake form. If there are any additional requests or changes to your project, your designer will let you know about any additional costs for your approval before proceeding.
What if I don’t like the design?
Our custom design services include unlimited design rounds and we are happy to make revisions until it’s absolutely perfect. If, for any reason, you would like to cancel your order prior to approving the design for print, we will issue a full refund of the cost of the stationery, However, design fees are non-refundable.
Can you provide the artwork for me to print elsewhere?
The custom artwork can only be printed on Minted products.
When do I have to pay the design fee?
After discussing the details with your dedicated designer, a 50% deposit of the estimated design fee is due upon the project start date. The remaining balance will be paid upon completion of the artwork. Should you wish to stop using Custom Design Services prior to project completion, your design fee deposit will be non-refundable.
