What is Minted’s Greeting Card Subscription?

With our greeting card subscription, you’ll have beautifully made and unique greeting cards delivered directly to you for any occasion. You can choose the holidays and occasions, including birthdays, that you’d like to receive cards for.

How does Minted’s Greeting Card Subscription work?

Our greeting card subscription is an annual program. You select cards for the occasions and we'll ship them directly to you. The more cards you subscribe to in a year, the lower the cost.

To purchase a greeting card subscription:

  1. Go to our Greeting Card Subscription page.
  2. Choose cards for all of your occasions! There is no minimum quantity required. Click “Add Card” to add a card to your cart.
  3. Enter recipient information in the pop-up box, and it will be stored for your convenience. We’ll send you a reminder each year to send a card to that recipient. You can also skip this step if you do not want a reminder.
  4. Once you’ve added a card to your cart, you’ll see your auto-renew status at the top of the page, along with buttons that read “Manage Cards” or “I’m Done.”
  5. You can adjust your auto-renew settings by clicking the “Change” button at the top of the page.
  6. To see and edit the cards you have in your cart, select “Manage Cards”.
  7. When you’re ready to check-out, select “I’m Done” to view your shopping cart.
  8. Select “Secure Checkout” from the cart in your Minted Account to place your order. Shipping on greeting cards is always free for subscribers.
  9. If you forget an occasion on your first order, you can always purchase more cards at a later time.

When should I order my cards?

Mailing your card? Order your card(s) at least 14 business days early. You can always come back and add more cards later; they will arrive in a separate order. Keep in mind USPS first class mail takes up to 4 business days for delivery.

Hand delivering your card? Order your card at least 10 business days prior to the hand delivery date.

When will I receive the cards from my greeting card subscription?

Your card(s) will arrive in 5-10 business days if you choose Free Standard Shipping at checkout. Each shipment will contain all the cards in your order. If you order again, it will arrive in a subsequent shipment.

How will my greeting card subscription renew?

If you signed up for the greeting card subscription, it will automatically renew one year from the day you signed up. Don’t worry -- we will send you a reminder before it renews.

Can I cancel my greeting card subscription?

Please go to your order details page to cancel your Greeting Card Subscription. Click “turn off auto renew.”

You can buy greeting cards anytime, even without the subscription. You can also re-join the greeting card subscription at any time in the future - by signing up again on this page.

Can I change the shipping address for my greeting card subscription?

We can update your shipping address for you until your order is ready to ship. Please contact us if you would like to make changes to your shipping address.

Can I change the designs I chose for my greeting card subscription?

Greeting cards cannot be changed once an order has been placed.
